i have some shameful results in the FPS in both Dx9 and Dx10 so i guess i have to upgrade my PC. but i'll stick with this for bit long. until the DX10 and DX10 games become mainstray.

at the present i don't own high end PC. i am not enthuasiast nor rich. so i target cost effectives. usually the AMD ATI are the best choice for great saving compared to INTEL and Nvidia. i think those two are targeted for those who afford to buy the ultimate performancers. and i'd say i'll go for ATI line when the DX10 games come.
