August 8: Tanker incident

As some of you may or may not know today was the day that the Tanker Incident took place in the game MGS2 Sons of Liberty.
I remember first playing the game back in 2002 and wondering what things would be like on that date, what I would being, etc...
I never imagined I would be in Iraq.
So in honor of my favorite video game series and to the Tanker Incident, I went through and played that level again. I beat it in just under 2 hours. I took my time and explored and it brought back lots of memories of the first time I played it.
I am a huge fan of the series. The game play, music, and graphics are amazing.
Anyways, that was how I spent the morning of August 8th, 2008.
