Its so brutal how these consoles are so damn defective! We see console after console on a daily basis with RROD, E74/73 ect, The fact is leaded BGAs have been around for years and never had these issues or needed extreme services such as reballing, Months before 360 was to be released lead solder was banned for use in products that are manufactured around the world. They now must use lead free solder which is very brittle, Combine that with the heating and cooling cycles of normal use and fractures occur on the connections of the GPU/CPU. Even when they get them back they are forced to use lead free solder.

We want lead back! :)
