Same here. I'm getting the "Signing in..." screen & its sitting there forever until it the connection times out. I'm sure Sony is working "round the clock".
Sometimes when I turn on my 360 it will go to the dashboard and just give that "circle of rotating dots loading thing" and won't load up my dashboard for at least a minute. Other times it takes so long I just give up and don't even play the thing. Note to Microsoft... inferior hardware maybe? My PS3 doesn't have this problem.
i've thought of going w/ a 250gb as well, but i was wondering if, w/ an external HDD i'm told that the PS3 recognizes it as a jump drive. with this in mind, would you still be able to have the 15 second video clip icons, or album art on your music folders? keeping my PS3 looking professional is a must for me. any thoughts?
