For the Dark Brotherhood the best people to kill are either the druggies in the Skooma Den in Bravil or the two people in the basement of Riverview who for some reason dont level with you and are stuck at level 5
For me instead of attaching the intercooler which ruins the system, i just set up a couple high power fans to blow cold air over the fan area and it works really well
