[QUOTE="browse79"]I agree, the more options the better. Personally, I would love to play gamecube games with the CC.Jaysonguy

That will never happen, the Wii "becomes" a Gamecube when you play Gamecube games. The Wiimote and cl-a-ssic Controler can nev er be made to work with it. Same with the SD port.

Well you are right that the Wii turns into a gamecube. But the way that i see it is that if third companies are making products like this

http://store.videogamecentral.com/unps2coadxor.html

that allow you to use a PS2 controller on an Xbox, PC or Gamecube then I'm pretty sure Nintendo could have made their own product of CC to work as Gamecube games if they so wanted it to. The reason why they refused to do so is probably because they would not be able to charge $30 for a gamecube controller anymore.

What's the point then?

You'd need to buy an adapter and then a 5 foot plus extention or just buy an adapter that has a 5 foot plus extension. So while you complain about 30 dollars for a controller you're paying even more for a controller plus extension plus adapter.

You're better off just geting a Gamecube controller which oddly enough is the best thing to play Gamecube games with.

The point is (and ill keep it simple for you) that Nintendo could have made the CC work on gamecube games if they so wanted it to.
