I can't find the dlc of dragon age inquisition at the playstation store, When I search for the game I only find the games; but it doesn't show the dlc., this problem is only for the us store. Where are they?

I don't suppose it could be adding the tax/shipping costs? or it's either picking a differant copy each time by mistake, or it's selling out so fast it constantly changes copies per retailer and such price.
