Hey everyone,

As part of my bachelor thesis, I deal with the current trend of Early Access Games and want to find out how they affect the video game market and us, the players. So I made a little survey trying to find out about your expectations, ideas and behaviors when dealing with these type of games. I would appreciate it a lot if you'd take some of your time to answer my questions.

Please feel free to also share your thoughts as a post. Maybe you have a new, interesting one.

Either way: thank you!

Hogs of War: Played it for hours with friends and had an amazing time. But it looked much better in my imagination, so I just keep the good memory.

I prefer a good immersion: for that a game does not necessarily need good graphics, but a great level design and logical game mechanics.

It depends whether I play a game alone or with friends. A well designed Singleplayer Game will keep me immersed for maybe 2-3 hours, a good round of like Total War with a friend can take up to 10 hours on a very good day!
