I've played a lot of Spelunky and for the most part I love it but when playing co-op I've come across this weird glitch.  After my co-op partner is freed from their coffin instead of them coming out of it I do.  Not only that but I don't have any of my items afterwards.    Its happened about three or four times.  It usually only happens later in the game, around the temple/city of gold levels.  I have some videos of the glitch in some of my "lets play" series.

I was wondering if anyone else has come across this glitch?

Yeah I have been able to my updates for awhile now. My last update is 2 weeks old (Claptrap 3D model build - Borderlands)

Same here. I can't follow games whether just click the follow button or plus box. I'm also having trouble accessing fuse.
