Actually hadn't heard of this mod til now, thanks for recommending it. I've been thinking about doing another playthrough and this mod will most certainly enhance the experience. ;]

I'm planning to get Starcraft II when it gets out, as I'm currently in the beta and enjoying the game alot. My question is whether it is important to have played the first Starcraft's campaign to fully grasp the story of the second game. I do own the first game but I don't really feel like playing it through unless the single-player campaign is great. Would be great if I could just read up on the story somewhere instead. What do you think?
I consider myself a Blizzard fan, since I've played and liked nearly all of their games. I am however quite young (18) and have consequently missed out on some of the older games, like the first two Warcrafts, the first Diablo and Starcraft. I do own WC3: ROC and TFT, D2 + expansion, WoW + expansions and just recently got Starcraft but haven't gotten around to playing it since I have this problem where I own too many games and don't know where to start, so instead I just browse the internet and watch movies. I plan to buy both D3 and SC2, and maybe even start playing WoW again when Cataclysm comes and I would like to get into the story of all the games. Since I own Starcraft I guess just playing through all the campaign missions will suffice. Same goes with WC3, but since this is not the first game in the series I worry I have won't full grasp the story. I am not looking to fully understand every unti and creature in the games, I kind of just want a general idea of the story/lore.
How do you recommend I go about to read up on the story?
I have lately gotten a weird feeling of guilt for not playing some games that are considered real great games. I have started to google stuff like 'must-play games' etc and trying to find out what games you should play because they are so great. As I am fairly young, 18 years, I missed out on games such as the first and second Warcraft games, the first Diablo game, Starcraft and many, many other great games.
My 'gaming-career' started with Nintendo 64, then casually started to play different PC games when I was about twelve and then after about half a year after the release I started to play World of Warcraft and exclusivley that game for about 3 years, really enojying every bit of it. As I started to get bored with WoW I got myself a new computer and started to get interested in the new games that were available at the time. This was in the late 2008s I think. From that time until now I have played many different games but it was not until lately I started to get interested in playing many of the old games that I missed out on.
I picked up my N64 again and played through Zelda OoT and really enjoyed it. Then I tried to find out what games were considered the 'must-play' of that console and sort of made a list and tried to motivate myself to playing them but I just never got to do it. Instead I started researching about what games you should have played to the PC and then picked up a few of them during Steam's 5-day holiday deal (KOTOR, Deus Ex, Max Payne 1&2 and a few more).
Now I have a pretty big pile of games that I have not played but I want to play, I just don't have the motivation and I end up not playig any of them, but instead playing some poker or DotA with some friends. Other than all the old games I picked up, I also bought DA:O, Bioshock, Batman: AA, Crysis Pack, Torchlight and a few others.
The problem is I don't know where to start. I can't make up my mind on what game I would prefer to play first as I want to play them all and this frustrates me a great deal.
I have been thinking perhaps I should make a list of all the games I have and then just play them in that order. I know this 'problem' might sound very stupid but it is in fact a problem for me and I would appreciate any advice really. Perhaps someone else have been in a situation much like the one I am in right now.
Here's a list of games I found great (I've played more than these, not that many more though, but these are what I consider must-play).
I'm sure I've missed some games that you just can't miss and would appreciate if someone cared to enlighten me if I have :]
