I just had the same error I was downloading a movie when it cut off and now doesn't connect. Also most of the games I downloaded from the network are currupted except for Flow and Pixel Junk for some reason. I can't play games like Dragon Age or Marvel Ultimate Alliance because it cannot load the trophies.
