Undying is one of my favorite games of all-time. I'm very happy that Clive Barker is making another game. Too bad Demonik got cancelled. I think that was a Clive Barker game, also.
If the suggestion the above poster doesn't work, try pressing the "syncronize" buttons on the top of your controller and near the memory ports of your xbox 360. the_foreign_guy
You need to try this since my advice didn't work. I forgot about that button because I only ever had to use it when I first got my 360...
Remove the battery pack, reinsert it, then push the xbox guide button again. It should work this time. Mine does that once or twice a month for some odd reason...
