To everyone who thinks that a gaming computer has to be horribly expensive, you are wrong. All of these games, with the obvious exception of GTA can be maxed at 1680 x 1050 with a Geforce 8800 GT, an E5200 (or, so god help us, an overclocked Pentium D 915, which I had until recently), and at least 2GB worth of decent ram. Other than that, if you are starting from scratch, buy a decent power supply, a cheap case, whatever keyboard and mouse you want, cheap CD/DVD drive, and whatever monitor you want. You can get out of it with a good build for far less than $1000.00. If you buy the same stuff from the Dellweeds or Hateway, you will pay a ton, but if you build your own, you can get out of it cheap.

Though the 360 isn't bad, it most definitely has a washed out look to it. In addition, it seems to have worse shaders, and slightly blurrier textures. Of course, if you can't run the game balls-out on your PC then the 360 is the clear winner.
