Not sure about the motion controller coming out. Seems like they'd announce something by now if it were to be released on September 7th. Who knows though...
Graphically, the game looks alright. The gameplay is where it completely fell apart for me. The shooting felt inaccurate, clunky and sluggish--I just ran around and whacked dudes and it worked a lot better as a strategy. Not supposed to be that way, Midway.
Having a different opinion than you and other sites does NOT mean that the review is in any way, shape or form "biazed." It simply means that the reviewers opinion is different from your own, so deal with it. Like many others have said, just go write your own review and stop complaining about a meaningless score.
