@wowgrandpa: A bit off topic but felt the need to address it. I'm a console player almost exclusively, as i cant afford the massive costs of a high end gaming pc or the constant upgrades they require, all my friends are console players too and since i can remember (and Ive been gaming for well over 2 decades now) Ive never felt there was a lack of good games to play on consoles. Never. We have tons of great games and tons more are always being released. All AAA big publisher games aren't bad either, just with any sort of game there's always gonna be good ones and bad ones regardless of platform or weather they were made by Activision or some indie developer.. And once again, if publishers are milking people to death, that's not the fault of the games' or the systems they are being played on, that's the fault of stupid people buying into such scams and again there are suckers on every system or in any walk of life.
Ive never ever seen a PC exclusive that Ive wished were on console either (apart from maybe Crysis back in the day) in fact research shows consoles have the superior and more plentiful exclusives over the years, going back to the days of the NES.
Shady DLC and pre-order practices only continue to be a thing because stupid people buy into them. That has nothing to do with the games themselves, as games aren't sentient beings that can consciously think up a scam, that is again the fault of the idiots that buy into such things and the publishers themselves, but even through a sea of bad DLC and scams a game can still be great.
I buy a game if i like it, if it appeals to me not because some suit in an ivory tower tells me to.
We're not desperate for games, and we're not less likely to criticize either, i certainly am not and nobody i know is either, in fact the exact opposite is true. Just because one chooses to game on a PC doesn't mean you are a superior being or more intellectual/more likely to not fall for a scam or criticize a bad game, which is basically what you were trying to say and that's a pretty ignorant attitude to have TBH.
Whether you game on a PC, or console, or both we're all targets for shady businesses and publishers, doesn't matter what system you are on its up to the individual to be smart and not fall for such things, it has nothing to do with the games themselves or the systems they are released on because they are just machines and data at the end of the day.
And if you think you are superior to someone else just because you choose to game on a different system that's simply elitist nonsense.

@Spartan_418: Again, you sound pretty defensive because despite tons of people stating the fact that in their experiences most BC games simply run worse ( and no eliminating screen tear is not a good enough improvement to excuse worse frame rates) you just simply blow it off as people overreacting and that they have no right to say anything and that they are all somehow just wrong, despite you being in the minority on here when it comes to how many people are disappointed with BC vs how many actually think it's good. But whatever you've clearly convinced yourself to blindy defend it so its a waste of time even talking about it.

@vogtcha: I agree, i mean this is the developer who made Max Payne! Cant wait to see what they do with a system like XB1 and im very interested in the TV show too.

@rasdorx: Reach was not fixed, even after the last patch single player was still unplayable, with the frame rate dipping into the teens. Unless they have released a patch since that one...when was the last patch?

@virtuasega: WOW 15 likes, glad to see other people are noticing how bad performance is on XB1 BC. I tried playing Gears 3 horde mode with friend the other day and it was unplayable, the frame rate must have been in the mid teens. Don't even get me started on how bad Reach is.
A lot of fanboys are defending poor performance or just out right denying but the simple fact is most of these games just run worse on XB1 and the best place to play them is still on the 360.
Im not holding my breath for RDR running any better.
