Charters have been sent and now I just have to wait for people accept the GS Noob Union Charters, the first time I tried the union failed to a glitch. the 2nd i sent out all my charters to staff members no suprise they alll declined. This time I did it more organized. Lets cross our fingers and hope there will be no glitchs!!!
