The New Computer. Status: Waiting

My, how things change. As you may or may not know, I've decided to get a new computer. Since then, I've made the call to build it on my own. Sadly, I've ended up paying for this (plans fell through, so be it), but I'm more than able to support myself financially.

Parts are shipping now. And they can't get here fast enough.

Parts and Reasoning:

Motherboard: ASUS Striker II Formula
-I'm an ASUS man. And I've decided to go with nVidia. There's a good chance I'll go SLI in the future, hence the board.
Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550
-Yes, quad. Not an E8500 or another Core 2 Duo, but a quad. For my image/video/sound editing while browsing and other hardware strenuous tasks at the same time. Also, since games are beginning to take advantage of more than two threads, I'm future-proofed (no discussing i7 chips, as DDR3 SDRAM and corresponding motherboards are too pricey).
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 260 Core 216
-Having decided on nVidia, this is the way to go. Almost as powerful as the GTX 280 while way less money.
RAM: OCZ Reaper DDR2 1066 PC2 8500
-Solid brand, solid price. It's memory, not much to it.
PSU: Corsair 750TX
-It's a power supply (albeit a really good one). Powerful and should I go SLI, capable.
HDD: Western Digital Caviar 640GB 7200 RPM SATA
-I'm not even going to be witty about a hard drive.
Drive: LITE-ON 20x DVD Burner
-Cheap, CD, DVD, and a burner. Works for me.
Sound Card: Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium
-I'm currently running integrated audio. I can't wait to upgrade.
Operating System: Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit SP1
Case: Antec Twelve Hundred
-A behemoth. A behemoth that looks cool.
Monitor: ASUS VW222U
-1680x1050, 2ms. Sold.
Speakers: Logitech Z-4
-I always wanted a subwoofer. I haven't had one since the days of realsubwoofers.
Keyboard: Razer Lycosa
-A normal keyboard while still being a gaming keyboard. Time to bind Shift+Enter to my Enter key to make the GameSpot boards easier. I'm serious.
Mouse: Razer Salmosa
-I hold my mouse with my fingertips. Thus, a small, inexpensive, brand name 1800 DPI, 1000Hz mouse fits the bill.
Mouse Pad: Razer Goliathus Speed
-The surface the new computer's going on is terrible. And might as well stick with Razer.

Bonus Freebies:

Far Cry 2
Assassin's Creed
Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts
Half-Life 2: Lost Coast
Half-Life 2: Deathmatch
Peggle Extreme
T-shirts, stickers, and other trinkets

It will hopefully be assembled within two weeks.
