Innovation's Part 1

I'm like everyone out there when I see the latest I must have it but not all the time, I have been playing games since the NES era and still playing strong. I have seen the fall of a lot of great consoles that many people to this day have not heard of.. That sucks... and you call yourself a gamer... shame on you plus some innovations that they brought. The Saturn now that was a nice console it had it all even online capabilities.. heck if you read the specs of the manual or the box it said that it was capable of doing HDtv... WHAT!! yes if I'm correct somewhere it says that, what year is this well it was 1996 damn 10 years ago. The best games where always the imports like Dragon Ball Z, and X-men Vs. Street Fighter wich was way better port for Saturn than PS1 since you can use a ram card boost the graphics up to play at full speed.... take that PS1. The N64 gaves us Goldeneye and Mario 64 wich still is the best... Hello NINTENDO wake up and make some new Mario titles but good ones. I remember the revolution that took place with the N64 when they released Starfox 64 bundled with a rumble pack wich made gamming a lot more intense that made having a N64 a must. Again this system came up with a way to enhance gameplay by also adding a system pak to play some games even better. The Dreamcast one of my favorites and still on top of my list for all time sorry Xbox 360... why? well for starters it had it all and more. The Dreamcast had some amazing graphics that today you can still play some games and not see much of the difference, like going from N64 to SNES you will see a big difference there. What I liked the most of this console was the VMU it was awsome... ok for those of you that don't know this listen carefully because not even PS3, 360, or Revolution will feature this..The VMU was a memory card but was also used like a tamagotchi if you remember that. it had a 1.5 in screen a small D-pad and A-B buttons that was able to play games that you download from the game disc, and you can unlock certain levels and upgrades by playing from the VMU cool huh.. wait there is more a part from playing games from your memory card if you have a friend that has a saved game you connect your VMU with his and transfer files now that is sweet. Wait there still is more lets say you are playing with your friends at NFL now when you play your friends can see what play you are going to use... well guess what you can use your VMU on your controller to secretly pick your play with out having them see your plays, what you think now pretty cool huh. plus in some games it gives you some stats on the VMU and other things. Well Thats it for now I will write up part 2 later on see ya!!
