I've got mine pre-ordered from Wal Mart also, and it's telling me to expect it on May 9th! I think I am just going to go down there at midnight and pick up a copy then return the one that comes in the mail...
Avoid going to places like walmart or target because they have a nasty habit of not wanting to carry these games.(walmart was spared the hot coffee scandal because they agreed not to even carry the title.
However I guarantee that there will be copies available from larger game retailers. For example I walked into gamestop the day after Halo 3 and had to laugh as I asked the guy behind the counter if he had a copy of Halo 3 seeing full well the four and a half foot tall pyramid display of the games stacked upon one another.

I wouldn't worry about not getting it at Wal-Mart. I have had it pre-ordered from there since December.
On that same level you have to wait till Price says something about stopping the terrorists before they kill the farmer. If you shoot the terrorists before he says that it will not give the achievement.
No Fighting in the war room and one shot were the toughest for me. Mile High Club was just ridiculous but I finally beat it yesterday. Just need the intelligence, the three of a kind and the your show sucks achievements to get 1000 I believe.
I like the MP5 silenced with x3 frags, UAV jammer and deeper penetration. Another setup is completely overkill with the Barrett .50 cal, the M16 silenced, x3 frags, overkill, and martyrdom lol.
