Does your budget include a monitor, keyboard, and mouse?

Edit: in case your build doesn't include those things...

ASUS P8H67-M LX
Intel i5-2500
HD 6950 1GB

775W Thermaltake MODULAR PSU (modularily is important in a smaller case)

1TB HDD
CD/DVD

Windows 7 64-bit OEM

Total: $802.47 USD ($757.47 after MiR)

Tezcatlipoca666

Thank you and I apologize for not including the other stuff I also have. I already have a cd/dvd burner, a monitor, mouse and keyboard. Also, as a student, I can get Windows 7 for cheap. Again, my mistake for not putting those in.

Thanks again. :)

Hello everyone.

Well, here is another topic pertaining to building a gaming-pc. I would like to build a Small Form Factor PC, under $1000.00 that is good for gaming, low wattage, and possible quiet. I am trying to be as green as I can, but I know with a PC specifically for gaming, that may be a challenge.

I already have a few pieces to start with.

My SFF Case is: Thermaltake ARMOR A30 VM70001W2Z Black SECC MicroATX Mini Tower Computer Case (From NewEgg)

And Ram: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL9D-8GBRL (NewEgg)

For CPU it would seem the logical choice is to go with i5-2500, and I know that I will need either a Mini-ITX or Micro-ATX board.

Anyways, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dragon's Crown is also on PS3. If you live in the USA you can pre-order Dragon's Crown for both PS3 and Vita for $30.00. Here is the link: http://www.amazon.com/Dragons-Crown-Playstation-3/dp/B0055NBNWQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1310321726&sr=8-1

I hope that helped. :)

There are a few games that come to mind:

God of War: Even though I like the series and I did enjoy the three games and two back-story PSP games, I feel that another iteration would be too much. Leave Kratos and the God of War series alone and let them both rest in peace.

Mortal Kombat: I have been a big fan of the series for quite a while. Even though the new game looks nice, I've grown out of it. Having said that, I will still go to forums and watch youtube videos of this game and its future iterations. Though I may have grown-out and or abandoned the series almost entirely, I will still am curious to see where some of my favorite characters go in the future.

Tekken: Harking what others have said; to me the series has run its course. There is nothing new that it could really offer me.

Call of Duty: I don't think there is much to be said about this.

Dragonball Z Games: I absolutely love the series and to me it was the best Anime ever (some of that is from nostalgia), but with how much it is being milked dry and with plenty of iterations being just about the same (IMO), I have lost interest in them. Namco-Bandai, just let the series have its peace, stop beating a dead horse.

That's all I can think of for now.

I do of course like the old controller, but I would of also liked the new one. As long as the boomerang would of had a "good feel" to it then I immagine after awhile the "comments" about the controller would of died down. I really wanted a new-age controller for a new-age console. What a shame. :-(.

You were never a Playstation fan. That seems pretty obvious.

I personally don't think anyone should bash any game graphically and so forth while still in production. Wait until the final product is out before claiming ownage or whatever.

Yeah the DS is the winner it appears. Though I don't think the PSP is necessairly flopping. It is not the winner, but I still think it is doing pretty well. Also that Samus avatar is nice, she is pretty =^ , ^=.
