I'm just askin questions to people who already have a ps3, if you arent going to help me, why would you bother to post. you just made an ass out of yourself
ok, so i am soooo close to buying a ps3. But, i have one question, why do i need 80 gigs of memory? do i even need 40 gigs? I have a 360 and a 12 gig (I think) HDD on that and have only used 4 gigs. I usually clean up my game videos, trailers, demos, and all that when i get bored with them. But other than backwards compatability, which is somewhat important, not too much tho, why do i need so much memory?
also, i would appreciate some random knowledge about:
- Play Station Network (gamertags(?) and purchasing content)
- Great games right now (I love action/platformer, sports, and shooters)
- any extra equipment i should by to help inhanse the PS3 experiance
- any other things that you think i should know before i toss $500+ at a store
thanks a whole lot, i know this is a lot to ask, and i appreciate the time spent on writing a response
ok thanks, you guys are awesome. My budget is around 600 bucks, and i do own an HDTV.
so, overall, anycomplaints about the system. anything else i should know?
Ok, so here's the deal. I have decided that every single game that I really enjoy on 360, aside from Halo, is on PS3. I am strongly considering trading in my 360 and all of my games, and getting a PS3. However, I honestly don't know too much about the PS3. Which one should I get, 40 or 80 gig. Are they backward compatable with PS2 games, can I play guitar hero I and II on there? And what peripherals should I get?
thanks a lot, information is greatly appreciated
Ok..this is just my opinion first off..please dont hate! lol
So, i was thinking the other day when i was playing rainbow six vegas..that this game just doesnt seem to go anywhere...doesnt seem to sweep me in and emerge me in a story that i feel compelled to be a part of see through..
then i realized that every single game on xbox360 i have played is like that..nothing seems to be epic, with a great story, or amazing gameplay. Does anyone remeber Jak and Daxter...throughout that whole series i felt like i was a part of something bigger and better (in the game of course) and i loved that series for it..samething with Ratchet and Clank..i just had an unusual feeling of achievement when i played those..idk why..but i miss those games. Now my ps2 is long since sold..im and xbox mand through and through..but i was just thinking that the 360 needs something like that...something big and epic..now i only hope i can get that from assasins creed..halo 3..too human and others..
do any of u all agree?
