Advertising and Microtransactions are their bread and butter, but you knew that already, right? Well, taking a step farther, they are the first company in the US to allow you to use your cell phone to pay for your gaming goodies! Something that's taken for granted in Korea, to be sure, but still quite innovative here. Very cool, very convenient, and convenience is one of the secrets to the Korean's success in microtransactions.
