Bought a xbox 360 because i wanted a next gen and ps3 was only 599.99 at the time. bought a wii for wiisports who didn't gf bought me a 40gb ps3 because she knew i really wanted mlb 08 the show. sold the xbox i didnt need two of the same things (like having a zune and ipod) sold the wii novelty wore off. and now cuddling with my 40gb ps3 and bought a slim recently

Call of duty is a classic whether you like it or not. Since the franchise started it gained a lot of popularity, when it hit the consoles it became madly popular, especially when they released cod 4 and mw2.
Classic, as in it will be remembered. Mario, link, pong, pac-man, space invaders thoughs are classics. No one will know what Call of duty is 20 years from now. stop sipping on that haterade.
