What I don't understand is that there is a 20% price increase for a New titie, however, the increase of price for a new greatest hits title is 50%? What is the justification for the later?

personally i ended up getting mine last december... i was waiting for the 45nm chip revision which seems like will be out around late summer this year so if you can wait for a while you will end up getting something that runs cooler and maybe cheaper (the smaller die size will reduce production cost but its up to sony to reduce the price of the console).
