I just got back from playing gears of war and oblivion for the first time! i bought my xbox 360 tonight, along with xbox live gold card, an extra wireless controller, and a plug in and play charger kit.  i wasnt in awe over both of the games, but the graphics were pretty nice.  ever since seeing that video of killzone thats how i thought next gen graphics were going to be and that mislead me and let me down a little bit.  but theyre good, even on my SDTV.  I feel like Oblivion is going to be a long game, although its very fun (stealing, fighting, roaming around and doing endless stuff) and gears ill probably get into more as time goes by.  I regret not buying COD3 because I love the COD series and im a big fan of FPS.  Well, I dont know what else to say.  Peace
