I remember having my fingerprints all over my PS3 when I moved it onto my shelf. I just wiped it clean with a cloth and never touched it again. You shouldn't need to unless you are just changing disc. The only thing I care about is the Silver part is shiny lol, that's the only part I see in my black shelf.

But if it gets fingerprints and stuff, nah I don't clean it unless I was bored and doing house cleaning.

I liked the demo, but it was so short. The R1 and L1 stance change is nice, I really liked it. It's a button smasher, but I love button smashers lol.

Is the Sony version of Live any good?

Never really tried Xbox live (only had one for 1 week...my xbox 360 worked with red ring of death, but I hated seeing it), but I was able to find games in Resistance much like finding games in CS. Downloading is like Xbox Live, everything is categorized so it is easy to find the thing you want. There is also a list for most popular downloads....just in case you are interested.

Are there plenty of playable demo's around also?

Yeah, most of the games have their own demo there, though I don't remember seeing Resistance (Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Heavenly Sword, Armored Core 4).

Is HDMI a lot better picture quality wise than component or VGA?

Well, I can tell you that it is a lot better. But it could also be me switching from my small SDTV to a 40 inch HDTV....

What can a PS3 do that a 360 can't (feature wise)?

Both systems are the same...no Six-Axis doesn't count. BUT PS3's version of Xbox live (PSN) is free. I hate paying monthly...

Any killer titles due to arrive any time soon?

Killer titles are very objective, but Lair (nice graphics, but MAYBE poor gameplay) is coming next month, August 14. I don't think any really really good games are coming out till the Holidays if not next year.

Any absolute must have tiles around now?

Resistance (FPS), MotorStorm (Awesome graphics, Driving) ....I know its not much but PS3 is more reliable than an Xbox 360. I play it over 5 hr (no freeze, no damn RROD -_-) playing PS2 games with upscale to HD for my HDTV (its not any better but normal ps2 on a HDTV is fuzzy).

Do I need a PS3 if I already have a 360?

If you like Japanese RPG, you will need a PS3. Other than that,I don't think anything general will do since both systems will get exclusive killer games for sure. No, Blue Dragon, Lost Odyssey and the Music RPG will not win against Final Fantasy 13 series....I hope (Square Enix sucks now...I am still being optimistic).

All in all, you don't need a PS3 if you already have a 360, I recommend buying it now if you think you will be playing it for sure (think of PS3 like a PS2 since they are both really similar, PS2 didn't sell well in the beginning and had no games) because you will also get to get 5 free blu-ray movies for free if you buy it now! (Too bad they give you a list to choose from)

Here's the link about the free blu-rays: http://www.bluraysavings.com/

There's one of several links about Microsoft paying $50 million to Rockstar for exclusive content. Just search google "$50 million rockstar" for more links.

Yeah $50 million is alot of money...maybe it's little when compared to Microsoft who has billions. We are still talking about $50 million, that's like winning the lottery a few times (last time I checked the board it was $10 million, never played lottery after learning probability).

The only thing I think would be unfortunate is if X360 gamers need to pay extra for "extra" content. I just hate it when you buy the game, you still need to pay for a part of the game....that you just BOUGHT.

Sony is probably trying to bribe other companies into making them exclusive games, who knows lol.

Nah, you can get alot more than 20 gb with $100 and I have heard you can put any kind of harddrive into your PS3....unlike the Xbox 360. I don't know how you can do it...opening the ps3 will void whatever warrenty you have.

You can always just use an external harddrive like the above posts, my brother got a 100+ gb (don't remember the exact number) external harddrive for $50 canadian.

^ FF X-2 is where Yuna sings alot

FFX has better story. No matter how I look at it FFXII is a copy of Star Wars (yes, you will see it after a while as well), just left the major storyline out. You won't be feeling anything for the characters by the end of the game including Ashe, Vann and Peneope (or w/e her name is since she wasn't important at all).

Gameplay wise, it really depends if you liked Final fantasy's job system. In FF12, you get to pick what each of your characters become. In FFX, each character is already assigned to a class, but you can always deviate from the path and go become somewhere else.

Personally, I hated the job class, I always felt that each character should have their own special class so each character is "unique" and used only because you like to use their abilities. I didn't get that in FF12 since each character is the same just a different skin.

Both games' graphics are superb, obviously FF12 is slightly better, but the lack of CG movie in FF12 was a disappointment. FFX's CG movies were way better (I kid you not). For some reason, the CG movies in FF12 lack that "life", don't know how else to put it, the characters just didn't look that real.

So yeah...FFX FTW!

Spoiler for FF7, FF8, FF 10, FF x-2

Final Fantasy 8 was the sadest since you never really know if Squall lived, the last scene you see him after a 360 spin on Rinoa who was alone. It could be an illusion and another proof is Squall changed his name in Kingdom Hearts. The only other person to have their name changed is Aeris who everyone knows dies.

Final Fantasy 10 wasn't that sad since in the end after the credits, you see him come back and this was confirmed with the ending of Final Fantasy X-2.
