hey guys

to start, i live in the UK (incase u need to know

neway, about 3 months ago, i bought a 360 premium from choices - it was 2nd hand. The manufacturers date was fairly recent (7th feb 2007), so i was happy to buy it.

anyway, im starting to get the 'unreadable disk' error every now and then, although it only happens in Colin Mcrae's (R.I.P.) DIRT. So, im just wondering, if i can return my 360 to microsoft even though my 360 is second hand. Will they need to see an ORIGINAL proof of purchase? Or do they just take the 360 without looking at the original receipt?

please could you just explain how Microsofts returns system for the 360 works aswell

thankyou

I bought a used premium360 from a shop called Choicesin June 2007. it had a manufacturers date of february 2007 - so it was fairly new.

The shop i bought it from gave me a 6 month warranty on it - a week later microsoft announced that they ahd extended the RROD warranty to 3 years!!!!!

So, when my 6 month warranty runs out around chrimbo 07, if i get the RROD after my 6 month warrantywill i be able to return it to microsoft, no questions asked?? - or am i screwed because im not the original owner????

Also, could someone please describe the procedure for returning a RROD 360 to microsoft?

thankyou
