Super Robot Taisen Endless Frontier...

That game is definately not for kids. Unless you want to turn them into Shin-chan.

Neither is Valkeyrie Profile.Castlevania. Grand theft auto. Tramua Center. Final Fantasy (to a certain extent).

I actually agree with the review. I would give this to my cousins to play.

The main character pissed me off to no end. I just wanted to grab him and slap him to common sense. The others didn't annoy me as much although Melody... felt like another 'Eddie' The story or lack of, made me want to do maths homework. I hated the camera and just not being able to look at the surroundings while in a dungeon. Also the control for moving the air ship made me want to chuck my DS at my wall a few times.

But the graphics were good, the leveling system didn't make me throw away the game and i loved customizing the skills. I loved the airship, which is probably the only reason why i keep playing this game. Oh and for the graphics and to see which countries they will do. I think i'm so disappointed in Nostalgia for the simple reason, i've been anticipating this game for months.

[QUOTE="chicks_boy"]I like threads like this. It makes me want to try the game. Btw, I find the game hard though. There are no random battles to strengthen your army??

Yeah there are side battles. You go into the tavern and sometimes looking at a rumor opens open a battle spot. What path did you chose? I found some paths to be easier than others.
Yeah, my DS is tempermental. I think it was because my friends dropped it many times on cement and then when we turned it on, it couldn't register the game cartridge at first. And that is why you should never let other people play your DS near cement.

Valkyrie Profile was addictive but only after I realized I should play one of the other path ways after the constant 'game over'. Camille is not the most forgiving place to a tactics newbie. I agree about the camera angles.
I thought the L/R buttons were useless until I clicked them and was panicking as i couldn't see my characters. Then I couldn't stop spinning when i figured out what happened. Maybe this function should have been explained during the game. Admittedly even with the constant spinning, sometimes the camera angle is a bit whiffy at times and gets very dizzy.
Patience is needed in this game. The Sin Bar only reaches 100, which is extremely annoying when you have it worked out so that all of your characters do their major attack but you only get 100 so you have to do it again and again. Thankfully Sin requirements are max 300-350, so if you feel like just killing off the party leader quickly, you can. The battle length got on my nerves but then again The World Ends with You spoilt me for battle lengths. If you are a fan of the quick battle then maybe this game isn't for you. If you have the desire to kill EVERY monster on the map, it will take time! The voice acting didn't really help but there is a voice option so yay. The voice acting, weird camera angles at times, battle lengths and the ability to only get 100 sin were my only qualms with the game. I was surprised when the game only got a 6. Watching character deaths is definitely entertaining and Seraph Gate is also so. Mind you when my DS screen turned black without before saving, I started screaming. If you have a temperamental DS like I do, this game will test your nerves by appearing to shut down after battles without being saved. Overall with a personality swapping anti-hero, demonic maid, cute sprites beating each other to death and OVERKILLING, a great game with loads of replay value. Oh yeah, what happens if you don't fulfill Sin requirements constantly? Never tried it out as Wyl has been a very good little sinner.
