I'm hating Boston sports right about now.

You know, I was going to make this post back when the Boston Red Sox stole the Colorado Rockies' World Series, but I guess in a way I was fine with it. After all, the Sox took forever winning their championship back when the Cubs should have been in the World Series but fell on their faces. If my Cubs weren't going to win it, it had to be Boston. The Yankees pushed them down for too long and now they bounced back to win. That is amazing and all, but now they are finally a good team. Nothing wrong with that. They just won the World Series. I just think they robbed the Rockies. The Rocks worked hard to get there. Winning 22 out of 23 games to make it as a wild card. That wild card team had everything going for it until they had a 2 week off break. I must say that the rust settled in and destroyed their chances. The Red Sox swept the Rockies in a heartbreaking fashion. Something like that just isn't right to me.

Moving on, the Boston Celtics, is a team I've always respected. They had my favorite star, Larry Bird, rolling in the dice. Mr. Bird is the Indiana legend of basketball. No doubt about it. We, Hoosiers, take pride in our basketball. But the way that the Celts acquired Kevin Garrent and Ray Allen sort of demeans a lot of things. You take away the only thing Seattle had going for it. Now they'll have to rely on Mike Conley Jr. Conley is a good Indiana player, but he needs someone to help him. I was hoping that Allen could show him the way. That won't happen. It's all in regaining the "Big 3". Then winning lots and lots of championships. That's all great and all, but isn't a World Series win good enough? Well, not really, go figure.

Now the final straw. The New England Patriots have defeated my Indianapolis Colts. They barely did it. Even when we were at half strength and you could cut our offensive line like a cake. We found a way to strive them off for 3 and a half quarters. In the end, the Patriots finally got the win after breaking my heart once more. Manning and the boys did their best, and I must say, they really showed that the Patriots are vunerable. Just need to look into it differently, no one should not be intiminated by their record or their stupid running up the score bull poop. We nearly won, even without our top guys. I'm not taking this win personally, after all. It's not a Playoff game. What makes me angry is the fact that the Patriots were feeling bad about it. They said, "we have to improve, we suck" blah blah blah... I don't think so. You nearly lost but you won, there's no need for moping. You took my half powered Super Bowl XLI champions out. If they go on to win the whole thing, go 18-0, and still complain. I won't watch the NFL ever again.

Nothing against Boston or their fans, but its teams are trying to be dominate. That's all it is. I just wish that the trophies could be spread out and they can stop hogging the glory. It throws out all the other players. All those other teams that work so hard and get nothing in return. It's just unfair to me.
