Is there any website that describes the content in the game like ESRB just for games a little older that ESRB doesnt have

will i get refunded for my xbox live sub. while it's being repaired. i just got e74 message

every time i invie my friend to a party when he trys to join it says on his side that there were network difficulties and couldnt connect. same thing when he invites me the same thing happens whe i/he sends a game invite. i called MSand they were no help. any suggestions would be appreciated
