@asneakypoptart: I think that's why they are going this way. I assume you bought those games used which means no money to the developer or publisher. This is not a dig at you but I do think single player gamers are more likely to rent, buy used, and buy late at a discount. With all of these Activision and Treyarch are making little to no money.
Voting with your wallet goes both ways. If single player gamers want more of those experiences then they should buy games week one at full price, not used.
@genji_shimada: I think there's a problem when you read an article about Burnout and your mind goes to SJW's. Also Burnout did have competitive multiplayer. What makes multiplayer try hard anyway? If no one is trying that doesn't sound very competitive.
I've cooled off on this game just because I was locked into being a gunslinging airborne, but now that is default I can mess around with loadouts again and will probably come back in full force. Also infinite sprint rules.
Well said. This game can be fun, but it's very dependent on the person, their mood, and whether they are with friends. I'm not crazy about it, but I know I also require more action per second than the average person. The game is beautiful however and I do like spawning on a random ship to take in the sights for a bit.
