Well, I found Forza Horizon is very close to what I was searching. While it`s an open-world racing, surroundings are pretty nice and sometimes looks pretty similar to what was in early NFS games. Controls are perfectly fluid and it`s first game, since NFS PU, where I turned on manual shifting and feeling very comfortable with it. Simply driving around and exploring is also very satisying. Turning off HUD and switching to cockpit view looks pretty much like real driving. What I miss is snowy locations, weather conditions and ability to turn traffic off. Anyway, it is a great game, I played Forza 4 before, but it felt too "serious" to me. So, anyone who is looking for old NFS feel might want to check Horizon. I also eager to try Driveclub, but since it was released by SCE, I think there is no chance it will be released outside PS4, one more point to buy the console, apart from the ability to play Heavy Rain and Last of Us Remastered.

I`m struggling to find a game for PC with custom designed tracks like it was in NFS HS1 and NFS PU, amazing european tracks like Durham Road, Route Adonf, Landstrasse, Kindiak Park, Schwarzwald etc. They were so amazing I could just run single race without opponents just to enjoy the track itself. Choices now are either the "open world" (all latest NFS, no waaaaay!) or licensed real world racing tracks (Project CARS, Gran Turismo). Closest game with that kind of tracks was NFS The Run, but I wonder, if there is any other games?
The Trackmania series lets you design your own tracks and there's a ton of community content available.

I guess this is the right thing I was searching for!!! But is it PS4 exclusive? I didn`t find any info about PC version...
It's a series, and the majority of the games in the series were released originally (or exclusively) on PC. They have their own download/distribution system but they also have several installments on Steam (about 6 games in the series, I think) with one from 2008 being available for free and a new game coming out later this month.
This series in no way aims for realism so expect to find some crazy, over the top tracks with giant loops, jumps, etc.

Eh, sorry, I meant Driveclub! Trackmania is a bit different thing from what I was searching.

I always download a pirated game before I buy it, just to make sure I`ll be able to run the game smoothly (except low demanding indie games). I also check if I really like the game and going to play it further. I wanted to buy Project CARS, but was unsure about handling it with my gamepad, after trying the pirated game, it turned that it was totally unplayable with my gamepad. So, I think that pirated versions is the best way to demo the game. I wonder why developers almost stopped to make demos. Anyway, I heard that piracy really boosted game sells, you want a legal copy with full support and updates for the game you really like, don`t you?
Go inside your PC. Im betting you have a crap load of dust inside.
If you do, clean EVERYTHING. It lowered the temp of my entire PC and increased my FPS by like 20.
Accroding to specs, TS has a pretty new rig to get dusted so fast, unless he has a very furry cat :) But yes, it`s a very good thing to check.
Yeah, I also vote for Mario Kart. My wife did like Mario Bros. on Wii, though it made her kinda nervous cause it was pretty challenging, we also had lot of fun playing Rayman Raving Rabbids, in case you have Wii. I don`t think games like Zombies Ate My Neighbors will interest a girl (but who knows?), the best tactic will be to show and try (for 3-5 mins) all your games library and see what will fit her best.
PS: Who knows, maybe she`ll love something like Zelda, so be ready she`ll forget she supposed to play with you co-op )))
MGS, Silent Hill.
I would pay twice as much for original NFS HS or NFS PU remake, then buy latest NFS s**t... So, yes, I`d rather see remake.
How about Resident Evil 4, you wanna play that again?
Honestly, I`m not a big fan of RE (I did like 3-th game though). I`m more into Silent Hill. Would I play SH3 remake? Absolutely! And yes, I do know it was released, now I`m still playing Downpour. Lack of free time sucks.
Yeah, the first thing to check is drivers. I would also check GPU temp, 70 C is ok, 90 and above is not.
