@sdkingsht So I'm sure you don't watch movies or TV at all. Since you know, they own a lot of channels (including HBO the most successful premium channel to date), movies (Warner Brothers), and even news media outlets.

All of you people crying "I just want to play games" THEN JUST PLAY GAMES THEN. Get with the times. Every console can play games. Whoopdy do. A PS3 and Xbox 360 play games the same way, just different controller. Expect the same next gen. The PS4 won't "play games better" (the first person to mention theoretical TFlops is going to show their complete lack of knowledge) than the Xbox One or vice versa. Its no longer about just 'playing games'. Its about what else you can do. Extra features differentiate consoles and that is a GOOD THING. So stop whining.

I don't hear people crying about the new Smart TVs that are everywhere these days. They connect to the internet, you can control them with your smartphone, you can have side windows of live twitter feeds, etc. Speaking of smartphones, remember when everyone just wanted a phone that plugged into the wall? Now if you don't have Wifi, GPS, Bluetooth, a 5 inch HD screen and a 8+ Megapixel camera, it fucking sucks.

This is the future kids. Its called innovation. Get over it.

@flamingboard Except Twitch won't pay them. TWC throttles Twitch.tv, Justin.tv, and YouTube. Regardless of what their executives say, this is a fact. As soon as you block the necessary IPs, you can watch anything that was previously lagging just fine.

If TWC didn't fix the 'issue' (aka their rampant throttling) Twitch would have simply endorsed the IP Blocking fix.

Its simply a little mini-collecting time waster where you earn and trade cards from games. You can't play a game with them or anything. Its like baseball cards, for gaming.
