Didn't they announce that Warhawk is now going to just be a multiplayer download....cuz the single player wasn't good or something, and there wasn't much in the game...can anyone confirm that?

that announcement was retracted. Multiplayer only. They haven't decided whether it'll be download only or on Bluray disc.
