Does this mean that there is a defect in the current slim PS3s and sony made a new model to remove these defects?I'm just worried cause my original 60gig got the YLOD and I had to get a slim 320gb and I can't afford to buy a new one if the slim fails a few years down the line.

a re-release not needing the long install between chapters with trophy support and I'll buy it Never got it why the game needed to install for every chapter.There have been better looking games on PS3 than MGS4 in the past four years and none of them needed such installs.
