I cant really talk for ps3 as Im too poor to buy one.

But it really has been a top notch schedual for the xbox live arcade.

Battlefield 1943 has actually taken over my whole life, next to fallout (i know im a latecomer but it cost so much before) And Iv'e NEVER gotten into the whole wwII shooter thing. So its a shocker for me. I have just one achevement left. come oooon 100 matches!

Turtles in time is an excillent update to an often loved yet overlooked classic.

Shadow complex and splosion man both bring back a return in class to the different ends of the platforming game spectrum. Splosion man with its manic , kenetic and brilliant play... if a little steep in some places. Shadow complex with its metroid inspired exploraiton and atmosphere. A brilliant pair of games.

Marvel vs capcom 2. The greatest over the top fighting experiance you'll ever have. And a great way to introduce 2d fighters to a generation that may have passed up past chances to play such brilliant games.

Also worth a look are Monkey Island se, king of fighters 98 and garou mark of the wolves.

Also as an extra nod, although not arcade games, are kudo and the batman game demos. Both the best downloads in thier respective sections of the marketplace in like ever.
