Just bought the Early Access version (and made a video of) of this game. I think it has great potential and it'll be massive when it's a polished product.

I've not seen this graphics style before. It's like little clay people.

Anyone else bought it and got anything to say about it?

Strange, I've replied to some posts on this forum but they've all disappeared/deleted? Is this a normal thing? Do I have to say Hi somewhere first?

I would have thought that if the message was being deleted then there'd be a message telling me why.

Puzzling!

I've had a search on Google but only get Devil May Cry. Not really helpful as it's 3D not 2D sorry!

Hi Gamers, this time we're taking a look at an interesting game called The Waste Land. It's interesting in it's graphical style which I wasn't able to pin to down but came to the conclusion that its Commodore 64 with a ZX Spectrum background, either way the game is awesome.

It took the game developer 4 years to create this game and I can easily understand why. If you're one man with a job and trying to make a game this detailed that it going to take a long time, especially when you look at the animation detail. Coding is never an easy task and working out all those bugs. I've got great admiration for this guy (Fledermaus).

The only flaw in this game (in my opinion) is the music and not having the ability to turn it off. It's slightly monotonous and doesn't really add to the gaming experience.

Available on Steam for a mere £1.5 ($2.36) you can't go wrong. Buy it just to support the developer.
