Zack and Wiki. Yeah, sure it's cartoony, but it's an amazing adventure game with awesome puzzles (here's a simple example: you cut a tree down with a saw to get over a gap, they get much more complicated later on). It's made by Capcom, but it feels like a first party game. It gets really challenging and mind bending later on.
