The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
Repetitive, boring, simple, unrewarding.. might as well play Arena or Daggerfall.

Its Deus Ex 1 with 2008 graphics, just not as good.

Risen 2: Dark Waters
Almost, but not quite just sums it up. Lots of good stuff mixed with lots of mediocracy.
