All right, I have been BUSY working on Retribution. Have created my first 3D character (she is new to the Dragon Age saga, and her name is Amarelle). Here she be in all her glory:

All right, just a quick note to shock a few of you who have read my rantings regarding Dragon Age and especially EA.

Yes, 'tis true, I'm working on a sequel for DA:O. Absurd, you say? Well, some of you will be very shocked to learn there are aspects of the game that I loved. The characters, most of all, intrigued me. In my opinion, Bioware did not investigate them fully enough, and as it appears today, with the dawning of DA 2, they have no plans of continuing the saga for DA:O.

This has left a void. Admittedly, especially for me. Why? Frankly, because unfinished storylines drive me nuts...especially unfinished storylines that didn't really reach their potential, and with DA:O there is A LOT of potential whereas the characters are concerned. As a human noble you can marry the queen, and become king. That alone piques my curiousity. But you also have a loyal friend (Alistair) who you double-cross even with that not being your original intent. There are ongoing conspiracies to assassinate you. There is Leliana, first a heartless rogue and then a follower of the Chantry. How has the Blight affected her? Has it shaken her faith? Does she revert? And then Morrigan. You've sired a baby with her, one that bears the soul of an old god.

That criteria can make for a much more interesting tale than the retried one that began all of this.

It also can make for a MUCH DARKER tale.
