I have a pair of Blue Nike Free 5.0s and they are supposed to do the same exact thing as your Vibrams. I am a distance guy, so I have to wear cross trainers when I run for support (8 - 10 mi. doesn't feel so good with no support), but when I go to meets or on days when I know I won;t be running a lot, I'll wear my Frees. And they are very comfortable.

And I'm amazed at ow many people think they know so much about running now because the purchased a pair of those shoes.
