I found a couple of websites where you can get free consoles. You have to complete an offer for one of their advertisers, then refer some other people.

They make the money from the advertisers, which is enough to fund them with money to get you your new console. Theres Wii's, PSP's, PS3's, DS's, 360's and choices of games.

i plan to get an hdmi cable, and a hdmi to dvi converter. then for the sound i was going to plug in the two audio leads from the composite cables which come with the ps3. Will this work?

P.S. Do i need to be concerned about this hdcp thing.

as i will be getting an hdmi to dvi cable for the ps3 i dont know how to get sound. the only audio inputs i have are next to the component and s-video sockets. will it work if i attach the av multi out to only the 2 audio leads, or will that give me sound on one channel, and picture on another?

My tv has dvi and component inputs. I currently use av multi out to component cables with my ps2. With ps3, if i get an hdmi to hdmi cable, and an hdmi to dvi adapter then that will give me the picture.I dont think i have any audio inputs on my tv except the ones with component. if i get the hdmi to dvi cable and use the av multi out to component cable( but only plug in the two audio cables), then will that work, or will the picture come up on the dvi channel, and the sound on the component channel?

P.S.   If i already have those av multi out to component cables and use them for picture and sound, then will it still look great? I mean will the hdmi to dvi look better enough to justify paying for the cables and adapter?

P.P.S  I f i got a spaeker system for my room (in the far future), how would i plug them in?
