email title: Gamespot Daily News Updates - (I do NOT want to receive these emails!!!!)

These emails are being sent to inform me of Watch Dogs updates. I made the mistake of trying the "follow" thing one time to see what it was about. I hate it!!! I've tried repeatedly to unfollow this game in my settings to eliminate these spam emails. Why doesn't this crap go away?!

Interesting story. I don't get why the unknown enemy would hunt the survivors. It seems like the working vault would be the prize they were after, no?

The hype train unleashed on Fallout fans the last couple of weeks is definitely NOT fake. Bethesda and their parent are large corporations that own the Fallout IP. The Fallout IP is an asset worth hundreds of millions of dollars. Putting aside the shear complexity of the promotion, do you think a corporation would take the risk of some crazy fan with computer skills hijack their brand to do god knows what with? If this were a hoax the company would have distanced itself from the 2299 site immediately. Yet Bethesda has not denied or confirmed anything.

Original poster here. Thanks for the responses. I guess compared to most people I'm a bit on the low side with only 31 games. I generally only buy during sales and since I don't play that many games I can wait until they get really cheap. (Far Cry for $7.49, Woohoo!)

But looking at my 31 games I counted only 8 that were 100% completed, 13 are unstarted, and 10 are "mostly" finished. A lot of the unstarted games are recently purchased but I've been sitting on Spore and L.A. Noire for over a year without starting them.

I'm curious. How many of the games in your library (rough %) are "likely" never going to get played?

Like many others, I broke down and bought several games during the Autumn sale. When I first enrolled in Steam a few years ago it was to register my new copy of Half Life 2. At first I was afraid I might lose downloaded games if my account got hacked or something. Today I realized I have 31 games in my library. I guess I'm not that afraid anymore. How many do you have?

@Tykain:

I think that's the polar opposite of their intent. There's a trend in web design that says everything needs to be hidden away with NO clutter, only glaring white space. It forces the design to be much better because now casual users have to find things intuitively where they were in plain site before.

Everything is awkward and annoying the first time you use it. You'll get used to it. The load capacity will improve and .....if we are still bitching in a month maybe then I'll be saying it was a retrograde change. For now I'll give it the benefit of the doubt.
