i have the exact same problem :( it might be to do with tugging on the charger too much and that might have loosened one of those little internal wires or something.

has anyone heard of 80010514 well ive got it i was tryin to install star wars the force unleashed but before anything could happen it comes up saying "an error occurred during the start operation (80010514)" i looked on the internet and apparantly it stops you from doing anything downloads, installations, watching movies and simply just playin your game but this is just for one game thats fresh out of the box and looks clean so if anyone could help me with this problem please help!! :(crazyconway
