Rest in Peace Call of Duty, it was good while it lasted. The future doesn't look good for this revered franchise so long as Activision has its way. The company already killed the Tony Hawk series and Guitar Hero and it looks like Call of Duty is going down the same road. Hell, I bet if it wasn't for Activision wanting to churn out Modern Warfare 2 as quickly as it could, the game would probably be a lot better. At least Activision doesn't own other great franchises that aren't being milked for all they're worth like Uncharted, Zelda or Halo (although it looks like they may be starting to milk Halo too). Basically what I'm saying is **** you Activision.
