Mixed them up how? Older common resolutions like 1024x768 and 800x600 are at a 4:3 ratio, TV resolutions like 854x480 and 1280x720 are 16:9, while common widescreen monitor resolutions like 1440x900, 1680x1050, and 1280x800 are all at a 16:10 ratio.RayvinAznMixed up as in your initial post stated 1280x720 was 16:10, and the closest thing to 720p a computer had was 1280x800. This is incorrect. 720p is 1280x720, and that's a 16:9 ratio (which is what HDTVs are). You seem to have corrected that part of your error in this last post though. Also, just because a game is 1080p does not mean the console is rendering 1920x1080. In many cases it's rendering something less and upconverting it.
