[QUOTE="StealthySniper1"][QUOTE="Paully3433"]Packers - Unable2FinishGames - that is one word right? 8 Losses by 5 points or less and could have won 5-6 of them on the last drive. Can we get Favre back and ship our GM to somewhere else?Paully3433I really don't think Favre was your problem. Why can't you people see Rodgers is a good QB? The man had a very good season for his 1st year. I don't think Rodgers is the problem, I just think Favre would have won a few of those late games where they needed a drive at the end of the game, just comes from game experience more then anything. Rodgers will be a solid QB, I am not worried about that. Rodgers is a Great QB, his quick release and decision making is awsome. Wow, we'll take him on the skins!

[QUOTE="cvasquez311"]Shame too, I feel Barry Sanders was the best running back ever to play in the NFL. This man never had the team Smith, Payton, Taylor, Sayers, Davis and many others had and I feel he did more. He had no air threat, he had no line and they would BARELY get into the playoffs if they did. I don't understand how you can draft good players like, Moore, Sanders, Sims, Harrington (I liked Harrington), Johnson, Williams (roy)... It was stupid to draft Rodgers and Mike Williams, you didn't need to draft 4 wide outs in a 4-5 year span. The Lions had the tools to be a good football team, I would be a very pissed off fan and probably would leave them and never watch them if I was a Lions fan. Sanders was a franchise player, it's hard to say that about a runnign back but people couldn't stop him. the man had 4 people in his face and he would run 10 yards backwards and still gain yardage lol. It was a shame to watch one of the best never get a shot at the title. true, if you watch some of his youtube highlights, he WAS the best running back who ever lived, he made something out of nothing all the time. crazyBarry Sanders wept wen he retired a bit early cuz of their "losing attitude"
How does this franchise stay alive?

[QUOTE="KwasiAsiedu"]The best quote I have heard is the infamous "I didn't even know an NFL game could end in tie. I hate to see what would happen in the playoffs or Superbowl". Nice one McNabb. I bet your head coach and teammates are proud of their QB not knowing the rules. Now I understand why his is not loved in Philly. It is nice that other NFL players came out and said other player may not know the rule either. -Tish-I love this one too. It just shows McNabb doesn't pay attention to anything. He obviously doesn't remember that playoff game between Carolina and the Rams five years ago, which went into DOUBLE overtime because no one scored in the first overtime. There goes his theory about playoff ties. Even funnier is that Carolina ended up winning that game and then beat McNabb and his Eagles in the next round to reach the Super Bowl. Gotta tell you man, I'm rooting for the Panthers since my skins are out. That DeAngelo williams is gonna win me $625.00 in fantasy super bowl.
Dan Marino, Jim Kelly.
Donovan McNabb, while I personally hate the fella, he's a hall of fame QB for sure.
[QUOTE="tmac200913"][QUOTE="sith_acolyte15"] Tearing up that defense isn't exactly something to get excited about.sith_acolyte15
yea I know I was just sayin cuz Cincinnati's my team
Well, then that defense getting torn up is definitely something worth getting "excited" (ie upset) about. In your case anyway. :Puh.... he TORE up the TITANS defense, I think thats pretty darn exciting DONT YOU?
