To achieve best gains, do about 6-8 reps with 3 sets on each muscle (do more reps for abs ofcourse). And to achieve any siginificant progress lift more than 1-2 per week...try 5. However, make sure to concentrate on different muscles each day...meaning let your muscles rest between days.
To get anywhere, follow the three basic rules. 1)LIFT 2) EAT 3) SLEEP. Ofcourse dont dirty bulk with junk food, eat a lot of food with protein - fish, chicken breast, peanut butter and take a whey supplement.

Pff the only reason you own a E36 BMW is because that's all daddy is willing to pay insurance on. Stop trying to spin it like you could have a E46 or even a E92 if you wanted to. You'd trade in your BMW for a 335i in a heart beat if it didn't cost you or your dad anything out of pocket.
