I'm a realist, which is controversial at best.

Now you can't say a number doesn't have a subconscious influence on people, because it does, but again notice the word subconscious, so I don't blame the mainstreams for getting confused about this.

For me GoW being a special game to GS or not is not exactly the reason why I'm not up for the mood to play this game on release, I'm an old gamer and I happen to have other things to do, pushovers are not mandatory.

As I said in my main post I'm highlighting the influence GS has in promoting good games, not exactly straight for my pleasure. and saying this I hope GS review is fair, cause it wont be the last game they'll review.

The difference between a 9 and 10 is massive. It goes without saying promoting good games is important in this age. a 9 makes this game nothing special.

I don't care if it's a 9 or 10 as long as it is what it deserves, but now for me I'm not gonna play GoW on release cause I took this review for granted; it's not as good as I hoped.

@slypher9 He can judge the release package, but that doesnt make him look like he knows how MH games worked in the past. Same with saying MHW has clumsy ai, if the ai has always been clumsy why mention it as a negative now?

Overall the game on release and without g-rank is surely easier for us vets, but it's a move in the right direction on the long run.

I have the feeling you are bluffing here. You aren't exactly a MH vet, you didn't fully finish the game, nor found the real end game challenges yet. Otherwise you wouldn't say monsters have bad AI or clumsy, and you should also know that more content is coming up and not judge the release package alone.

So for GS, MHW is technically worse than MH4U (9).

It should be noted that multiplayer is getting patched in the day-one patch along with other goodies, including free content updates throughout the year.

I don't mind good criticism but this reviewer made end game difficulty look broken or negative, I don't know yet but I'm here hoping for end game to actually feel challenging and satisfying!
