My basic question for you all is whether the single player of Rock Band is worth playing compared to single player Guitar Hero 3.

More in depth: I got the Guitar Hero 3 wireless controller bundle dealy for Christmas, and while I am enjoying it, the gameplay seems kinda stale (just not as exciting as GH1 or 2 were back in the day). Last week though, I played 2 player Rock Band (just with guitars) at my friends house and it seemed so much more awesome than Guitar Hero. Now I'm debating if it would be worth it to just buy Rock Band (without the instruments - so I would just have guitar and mic) or even trade in GH3 for Rock Band. Is Rock Band's single player in any way worse than GH3 (guitarwise)? I'm not hardcore at all, medium is enough of a challenge for me, so I don't care about difficulty. It just seems like the only complaint reviews have of Rock Band's single player is that its "just like Guitar Hero" and they don't go in depth. So is it worth it?

Thanks ^^ . I picked up the Air Flo today and it works spiffy. The only problem is now I don't have sound xD. Need to get some sort of adaptor I suppose.

I always use my controller... I am too lazy to get up and go to the actual box xD. And I figure if you go thru the controller menu to shut down your box its a lil bit less "barbaric" than just pushing power.

I just got a 21.6 inch Samsung 216BW LCD monitor for my birthday, and as amazing as it looks for websurfing and photoshop, I feel like getting my 360 hooked up to it so I can finally have my perfect bedroom gaming setup :P .

The Pelican Air Flo 360 seems to be perfect for getting an Xbox 360 hooked up to VGA, since its cheaper than the microsoft cable. My only problem is that I cannot find any mention of if it allows you to choose screen resolution. I know that the VGA cable allows you to choose several standard computer resolutions for your output instead of TV resolutions (like 1440x900 instead of 720p). Would hooking a VGA cable up to a pelican airflow allow for the same options?

Thanks for any help ^^
